Abu Bakr Ibn Mas’ud Kasani, A Representative of the Jurists of Mawarounnahr

Abstract

This article provides information about the jurist and mutakallim Abu Bakr ibn Mas’ud Kasani, who came from Mowarounnahr region. In addition, special attention is paid to information about the life, scientific activity, family, teachers, students and works of Abu Bakr ibn Mas’ud Kasani. The information about them was taken from the works of Abdullah Subazmuni and other scholars. The studies reported on the works of jurists and mutakallims on the science of jurisprudence and aqeedah are also included.
