This is absolutely indispensable because the world economic order has collapsed like a pack of cards and most of the nations across globe are reeling under the onslaught of this pandemic with plummeted GDPs and loss of millions of jobs since 2020. One should never forget that till some time ago everyone was talking about the global economic prosperity and new job opportunities in the 21st century. The corporate environment with the influx of Gen Z in to job market made the overall ambience more competitive than ever before. The beginning of third decade of 21st century coupled with pandemic situation since the start of 2020 has made it tougher. The onus is on shoulders of Gen X to mentor the Gen Z and make them be beneficial to their masters with the newer acquisition of skills. The external environment of present times is not only precarious, but also absolutely ruthless to the professionals across all industries and only those who can embrace change as a way of life and continue to adapt themselves with the changing scenario would survive and lead the pack of professionals in the times to come. Rest will fade away. It won’t be incorrect to say with responsibility that only those management professionals are on a winning streak that are constantly changing the orbit of their skill sets and ironing out their shortcomings with the passage of time. The paper is an attempt on the part of researcher to deal with those skills that would be explaining the amalgamated skills for such professionals which would provide wheels of momentum to their professional progress and help them be at the pinnacle of their careers in the lesser time period in the corporate world.
Shreshtha Bohra, Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Mathur, Dr. Pragya Mishra Copyright (c) 2022 https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/19 Wed, 18 May 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Dielectric Relaxation Studies of Binary Mixtures of Paracetamol with Phenacetin in the Dilute Solution of Carbon Tetrachloride at Different Temperatures https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/20
The objective of this research work is to find the dielectric relaxation studies of binary mixtures of Paracetamol + Phenacetin in the dilute solution of Carbon tetrachloride at different temperatures and weight fractions using X-Band microwave bench at a fixed frequency 9.27 GHz to determine the values of εʹ and εʺ. The greater part of the state falls under Hot Desert and remaining portions of the state falls under Hot Semi Arid. The primary source of water for agricultural production for the most parts of the state is rainfall. It is also the primary source of surface and ground water recharge.

South-West Monsoon (SWM) season is its main rainy season. The variability of the monsoon makes the region highly vulnerable by the impacts of natural disasters such as droughts and floods. The geographical location of the area and its interaction with the basic monsoon flow is considered as one of prime factors of rainfall variability. Climatologically, the normal seasonal rainfall is 415 mm (based upon 1951-2000) and normal onset date is 24 June over Rajasthan. Ground water replenishment in the State mainly takes place through monsoon rainfall. Annual ground water availability thus varies with rainfall condition during a particular year.

Presently, there is tremendous pressure to exploit groundwater by State and private users, i.e. by those who have access and control over this limited resource. The resulting consequences are also well known, in 2020, out of 295 groundwater zones, only 12.54% were categorized as safe. The rest reached the stage of being categorized as semi-critical (9.83%), critical (7.80%), over-exploited (68.81%) and saline (1.02%) [1]
Dr. Chandni Kirpalani Copyright (c) 2022 https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/21 Fri, 20 May 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Experimental Investigation using FTIR of Injection Moulded Alumina and TiO2 Filled PP- Composites https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/22
The integration of inorganic particles in polymer has become an effective approach to develop new material due to steadily increasing concept of sustainability. In addition to the bulk matrix and filler any composite also consists of the so-called interfacial region, comprising the matrix between the bulk matrix and filler. The users, businesses and organizations worldwide are suffering from a continuous problems from attackers and hackers, who have a variety of tools and techniques in order to break the secret information and make changes to the data, which leads to security issues. One of the most important aspect is transmission of message such as text, image over the network securely. Many cryptographic algorithms have been proposed for secured transmission so that no other person can gain the access of transmitted data. The Encryption algorithm plays an important role to transmit data through the network. In this paper, an image data is considered, generally each and every pixel is encoded with a secret key and transmitted and decrypted at the receiver side. In some algorithms, the blocks of pixels are encoded with different keys. In this paper a new methodology introduced to perform the encryption with some variation in substitution cipher algorithm on split sub matrices with different keys instead of sequence block of pixels. In this paper, the proposed algorithm is applied for both text and image data to know the performance in terms of speed. By applying this methodology, it increases the security a lot for the information and can be easily transmitted in the network
T. Amid the pandemic, many education researchers are still questioning whether online learning environments help students become more creative and improve their writing skills. This study uses mixed research methods and aims to examine student engagement in writing using weblogs during COVID 19. Twenty-three online students at computer science faculty of universitas al Asyariah Mandar in Indonesia were treated using weblogs to identify those who were actively involved in their online learning experiences. Furthermore, the researcher uses several indicators to assess this writing, starting from grammar, critical thinking, content of writing, and argumentation. The aim is to gain a comprehensive understanding of how EFL students in the higher education landscape view online learning through weblogs. Analysis of student feedback was carried out quantitatively. The findings of this study explain how EFL students view online learning as the main means of teaching and learning during this critical period. The results showed that by navigating new digital genres such as weblogs, students' engagement and creativity were demonstrated in their behavior during writing. Teaching writing using the internet, which has been shown to have a positive impact on writing, has taken a new direction. Regardless of the evidence before them, the People of the Book did not believe in the sent prophet. The Muhammadan prophecy, these good tidings, are irrefutable proof that the Jews cannot deny, despite their repeated attempts to do so, because there are several passages visible to the naked eye that herald the Prophet Muhammad, we checked these signs and good tidings with what was mentioned in the Islamic heritage to prove the legitimacy of these signs and good tidings, and we discovered that there is an agreement concerning preaching the Prophet Muhammad, despite the Jews' attempts to dispute this fact. Students are to apply the gained knowledge after thinking, reasoning, analyzing and generalizing principles into different situations. Without proper understanding of different mathematical formulae, rules, postulates and principles, Mathematics cannot be learnt. Therefore, there is a serious need for careful and proper assessment of the students regarding the achievement of conceptual understanding in Mathematics they have attained from teaching and learning. To assess their understanding, students should provide justifications along with their answers of the multiple-choice questions and considered as an effective means of assessing students’ understanding. Therefore, the study was carried out to construct and produce a valid and reliable Concept Achievement Test in Mathematics. The test is a Two-Tier Multiple Choice Test in which the first tier of each multiple choice test-item is a content question having three choices, where only one choice is correct among the three choices. The second tier of each test-item includes a set of four reasons for the answers given in the first tier. Out of these four reasons, one is correct and the other three are the students’ probable misconceptions regarding the concept. For constructing the Concept Achievement Test, the researcher has decided to include 40 test-items from 50 test-items. The test was constructed and standardized on the sample of 400 Class-VIII students studying in four (4) CBSE schools of Assam. Content validity was estimated and split-half technique was adopted for finding reliability of the test. The reliability of the half test was found as 0.76 and the reliability coefficient of the whole test calculated by using Spearman’s Brown Prophecy formula was 0.86. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a frontier technique that measure efficiency of organizations. It helps in developing Malmquist Productivity Index (MPI). DEA based MPI is a significant index for evaluation of the performance of airports as decision-making unit in aviation sector. The input variables are average expenditure, airport site area, runways and parking bays number. Average passenger, average revenue, average aircraft movements (flight movements) and freights used as output variables. MPI productivity index further deconstructed into scale effects, efficiency effects and technical change.

Results based on DEA based MPI shows overall increasing efficiency for ten major airports, decreasing efficiency for eight airports and constant efficiency for two airports. This non-parametric efficiency measure proves a trade-off between management performance and magnitude of technical change.

The outcome will support the decision to model spatial activities and take managerial decisions in fixing targets & benchmarking the airports, in making policy decision on denationalization and implementation of technical change to enhance airport performance.
Mr. Gopal Chand, Dr. Dipti Ranjan, Dr. Pratap Ranjan Jena Copyright (c) 2022 https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/40 Wed, 24 Aug 2022 00:00:00 +0000 A Study on Inside Views of Cloud Computing Tools https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/41
Distributed computing instruments can be isolated into different classifications as demonstrated by their features. The commercial vendors of these products often advertise them as having standard characteristics, notably with regards to layout, diagrams of components, and the method of multiplication. Some of the key characteristics that may be utilised to zero in on the benefits of these tools include a laser-like focus on a variety of layers and the ability to make accurate predictions about how well they will perform. A few gaming tools have been developed with distributed computing in mind. Simulation develops a virtual environment for testing and validating research trials in quest of effective and superior application-specific solutions. To make sense of labelled samples within the framework of prior knowledge, logic-based learning seeks to calculate interpretable (logic) algorithms. This course covers one of the most recent developments in logic-based learning: the training of non-monotonic logic programmes using answer set semantics. To learn highly expressive programmes with rules that account for non-determinism, choice, exceptions, restrictions, and preferences, we provide a number of learning frameworks and algorithms. We strongly emphasise the expressive capability of the learning frameworks and systems throughout the lesson, showing why some systems are unable to learn specific classes of programmes. The utilization of conventional information is fundamental for the collaboration of people and robots in a savvy climate. This need emerges from the manner in which people normally speak with one another, in which most subtleties are generally precluded because of normal foundation information. To empower such correspondence with a robot, it must be outfitted with a realistic information portrayal that supports thinking. Ontologies could be a reasonable methodology. However, present cosmological systems are static, boring, lacking in refutation as disappointment, and not designed for massive amounts of data. For those interested in seeing ontologies presented in a different perspective, this work offers an alternative presentation based on a formalism that emphasises non-monotonic thought. Our cosmology demonstrating structure, called ARRANGE, takes into account the programmed combination of diagram based information sources to produce ontologies and gives relating devices. Among them, the goal of regular education stands out. If education serves to ensure general development, then the goal of independent education is to develop professional skills or professional skills and become a mature person in one's field.

Tasks that allow for independent learning are intended to create favorable conditions for students whose mastery of concepts, reasons, and value orientations is low and unsatisfactory. The feeling of success alone creates a psychological state that encourages the learner to learn independently.

The independent work of a learner means a set of independent work carried out in the classroom and outside it, under the guidance of a teacher or without the participation of a teacher. However, we cannot say that all students will search independently without the participation of a teacher. Because the lack of self-confidence in the majority of learners prevents them from learning independently. The following materials were studied as fillers of the deposit of the Republic of Karakalpakstan: bentonite clay of the Beltau deposit; marl of the Beltau deposit; glauconite of the Khujakul deposit; dune sand of the Nukus region; limestone of the Ustyurt region.

The results of diagrams and electron microscopic analyzes of the studied fillers and gypsum minerals treated at different temperatures are presented. The results obtained by measuring the plastic strength are in correlation with the data of the thermal analysis of hydration products, indicating an increase in the rate of hydration in the first minutes in the presence of all fillers increases several times. On X-ray diffraction patterns of products, the intensity of reflections characteristic of calcium sulfate dihydrate is higher in the presence of all fillers compared to products without them. This character of the dependence indicates the acceleration of the release of the dihydrate and, at the same time, the improvement of its crystallization. This confirms the positive role of the substrate in the hydrate release process.

The results of the analyzes show that the influence of the type and concentration of mineral fillers on the processes of structure formation in systems with binders obtained at different temperatures, differ in solubility and dispersion.

The chemical-mineralogical and dispersion compositions of natural raw materials and soda production wastes have been determined, which predetermine the possibility of their use as microfillers for gypsum and composite binders. The research results showed that the nature of the filler is of decisive importance in the processes of hydration structure formation and hardening of binders of all modifications. Determination of the optimal ratios of components in the system allows you to obtain binders with maximum strength values.
Amina Abylova, Rysgul Bekbosynova, Lola Kabulova, Fayzullaeva Anora, Mnajov Amaniyaz Copyright (c) 2022 https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/72 Wed, 21 Sep 2022 00:00:00 +0000 About regularities of distribution, conditional position and division of quaternary deposits of southwestern uzbekistan. https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/73
The article discusses the main issues of methodological principles of soil science and Quaternary geology about the dependence of the geotechnical features of rocks on their genesis and age. Specifying this position, it should be noted, that these two geological factors primarily determine the composition and regularities of the structure of rock strata and, as a result, in many respects, the features of the arrays composed by them. It is noted, that the influence of the genesis of Quaternary rocks is clearly manifested in the composition and structure of such seemingly homogeneous loess rocks, the engineering and geological properties of which are variable in small areas. The second very important from an engineering-geological point of view is the parameter is the age of the sediments, which predetermines the structure of their sequences and has a great influence on the formation of engineering-geological properties.
Irgashev Yuldash Irgashevich, Isomatov Yusuf Pulatovich, Akhmedov Mukhammadzhakhongir Kidirbaevich Copyright (c) 2022 https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/73 Wed, 21 Sep 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Issues of Increasing the Efficiency of the Use of Transport Infrastructure in Uzbekistan https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/74
This article presents analytical data on the impact of transport infrastructure development on increasing the competitiveness of the national economy, as well as the current state of the republic's transport infrastructure. It sought to draw the socio-demographic profile of the student respondents in terms of age, parents' occupation, parents educational attainment, parents' monthly income; determine the students' level of knowledge and skills competence in basic food laboratory; find out the student respondents level of interest in the performance of basic food laboratory; assess the level of teaching competence of the home economics faculty as rated by students, faculty themselves, and head/superior; find out the problems encountered by the students and faculty respondents during the performance of basic food laboratory. The study utilized the descriptive-correlational research design to describe the problem. It involved seventy (70) students taking up the food selection and preparation subjects, three (3) home economics faculty handling the subject, and three (3) department heads as respondents of the study. Two sets of questionnaires were used: one for student- respondents and one for the faculty respondents and head/superior. The student's level of knowledge and competence showed that most of them had adequate knowledge and understanding of food selection and preparation subject while skill competence and attitude towards laboratory work was also found to be good. In the students' level of interest, most of them were "moderately interested" in performing basic food laboratories specifically in perceiving the importance, value, or usefulness of the home economics course. This denotes probably the result of having a lack or deficiency of sophisticated cooking tools and equipment and lacking exposure to enhance and develop their skills and knowledge and it might be of their limited budget for laboratory expenses. Respondents encountered a problem while performing laboratory tasks however, despite the problems, students performed "very good" in knowledge, "good" in skill, students showed "moderate interest" and faculty rated "most competent “in their teaching. It implies that the respondents treated the problems positively taking this as an opportunity to discover new learning in finding a solution to the problems instead of becoming disinterested in their performance.
Siony C. To do this adaptive testing system requires considering individual features of students’ cognitive activity. The purpose of the study is to find out what features of students' cognitive activity affect the success of solving problems, i.e. which should be taken into account when developing adaptive tests in mathematics. And How? The study involved 105 students of the 8th grade. Variance analysis was applied to the received data. The findings showed 1) the expediency of taking into account the styles of students when developing a modern adaptive testing system through a certain form of presentation of mathematical tasks. Students with more pronounced intuitive, synthetic, and pragmatic styles proved to be more successful when selecting problem, represented in a graphical form matching their preferred style; students with a more pronounced analytical style were more successful in solving problem in symbolic form. Students with a more pronounced auditory style, who erroneously chose tasks that did not match their style, were equally less successful in solving them; 2) it is doubtful that students are aware of their style features, which requires further research.
Natalya Podkhodova, Anna Orlova, Viktoria Snegurova, Alena Belenko, Valentina Turkina Copyright (c) 2023 https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/88 Mon, 28 Feb 2022 00:00:00 +0000 The Incidence and Link between Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Special Abilities https://www.e-csac.org/index.php/journal/article/view/89
According to some researchers, there are approximately 10% of the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) population that have specific abilities or talents. The study notes that customers are unaware of the proper reverse logistics protocols and documentation, which necessitates disloyalty in customers in the long run. The findings also reviewed the need for increased customer awareness of returning product items for re-use with incentives. As well, it was determined that reverse logistics has an impact on the last-mile delivery to satisfy the customers. All of that impacts supply chain management, which can be led by the consumer who already has experience with the specific goods. Some customers already know the process of returning the goods to be repaired or disposed of, and they already know how to implement the guarantee on those goods. Reverse logistics has been increasing and is still moving upward as the global market increases and access to the internet is available to everyone to purchase globally.
Melisa Z. L.
